By using mapetiteruby.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission, and provide a valid delivery address within our current Florida delivery area. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse of the Ruby's Club program, or an address outside our delivery area.

Ma Petite Ruby cookies are handmade in a Florida cottage food operation, in small monthly batches, in limited quantity — see the live count on the site. Photos are representative; a handmade product varies slightly batch to batch. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and tree nuts — see Allergens in the FAQ. Please don't order if you or the recipient have a severe food allergy to any of our ingredients.

Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout through Stripe. The price you see at checkout, including any tax that applies, is the total you pay. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before an order is confirmed.

We currently deliver within Florida only: hand delivery in Celebration and Lake Buena Vista, and carrier shipping elsewhere in the state, as described at checkout and in the FAQ. Delivery days are assigned automatically and aren't guaranteed against a carrier delay. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package delivered — see our Refund & Damage Policy.

Boxes are released in a limited monthly drop; once a month sells out, ordering reopens the next month. One order can't exceed 10 boxes.

Points are earned on paid orders and can be redeemed as described on the site. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and we may adjust or end the program at any time, honoring points already earned.

Once an order is placed and paid, it enters our kitchen queue and generally can't be canceled or changed. Write to support@mapetiteruby.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@mapetiteruby.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Please don't try to bypass the ordering limits, the monthly cap, or account security; scrape the site; or post abusive, threatening, or fraudulent messages or reviews.

By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your own honest experience and give us permission to publish it on the site, under your name (or the name you provide), exactly as written.

All text, photos, and design on this site belong to Ma Petite Ruby, or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

This site and our products are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Ma Petite Ruby isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
